Surrey Primary League awarded the coveted Charter Standard League Status by the Football Association

We are very pleased and extremely proud to be able to announce that Caroline McRoyall, SCFA Development Manager confirmed on Wednesday 8th July that the Surrey Primary League has been successful in its application for Charter Standard League status.

A presentation will be made to the League and further details including, venue and timings will be posted on the website in due course. It is envisaged that this award will be presented at the League Pre-season meeting.

As the pilot League in Surrey for this award the SPL Committee, namely Jez Taylor (Charter Standard League Co-Ordinator) with support from Nikki Simmonds (Secretary) and Mark Fessey (Chairman) have worked very hard behind the scenes with Surrey County Football Association to be able to achieve this.

The League would like to thank all at Surrey County FA but especially, Caroline McRoyall (Development Manager), Mark Walter (Child Welfare Officer) and Ray Ward (County Secretary) for their support and guidance during this project.
